17th aluCine!

The 17th annual aluCine Latin Film+Media Arts Festival is in the warm and sunny month of June!
As always, aluCine showcases the world’s best in short film, video and media art Latino artists, both in Canada and abroad. This edition of aluCine will showcase 50+ films over 5 days and will kick-off with a special retrospective presentation, Crossing Borders / Cruzando Fronteras: 20 Years of Latin Canadian Cinema at Royal Cinema, followed by our official selection of films in competition with a thematic focus on the environment at AGO’s Jackman Hall. Similar to past festivals, our ever-popular Short for Shorties program of family friendly films will be held Artscape Wychwood Barns.
