RAFAELA GALINDO

Rafaela Galindo is an award-winning Canadian and Latinx Producer, Director, Photojournalist, and Storyteller based in Toronto. With a diverse background in Journalism and Film Production, Rafaela excels at producing compelling visual narratives that confront and raise awareness of pressing social issues. work has garnered recognition at prestigious film festivals such as Cineplex, Carlton Cinema, Raleigh Studios Hollywood, Acme Theater, and Pollock Theater, with her documentaries streaming across North America and internationally. Her documentaries have been featured on leading platforms like Prime Video, Apple TV, Roku, and Tubi TV in Canada, the USA, and the UK. As the founder of Ant Films Production, Rafaela has received over seventeen awards and nominations for her thought-provoking documentaries. Her diverse portfolio includes not only documentaries but also music videos, series, podcasts and other multimedia content that challenge the status quo and spark critical conversations.

BOSCO DA COSTA

Bosco da Costa is a Brazilian Canadian filmmaker, journalist, and TV producer. Although he initially pursued a degree in Law, da Costa eventually decided to follow his true passion for film and television. In 2017, he relocated to Toronto to build a career in the entertainment industry. Da Costa hosts and produces a Talent Show on CMCTV/CityTV, while also working as a journalist and filmmaker. His work has gained international recognition, with his documentary “Argemira” premiering at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts in Hollywood and being screened at various film festivals around the world.

ELISA WERNECK

Elisa Werneck is a Brazilian-Canadian Director and Producer who started her career in 2018 working on indie productions. In 2019, she joined the lighting department with NABET and IATSE and has since worked on various projects, including Murdoch Mysteries, TITANS, and Orphan Black. Elisa co-founded Flying Dino Pictures and has also directed and produced for MaketheFilms Studios since 2022.

Her short film VALERIE (2019) is currently being submitted to festivals. She’s also wrapping up post-production on the TV series proof-of-concept MINDSCAPES (2023) for a 2024 release, along with her documentary Existencia (2023). In September 2024, Elisa will begin work on the proof-of-concept for the TV series Beyond Time (2024), with plans to complete it by September 2025.
